Makes an item an [installable vehicle module].

You can use the following options with this component:

name <name> - sets the component name
desc <description> - sets the component description
mount <type> - sets the vehicle installation mount type
role <role> - sets the optional vehicle role this module fulfils
mincondition <percent> - sets the minimum item condition required to function
movementcondition <percent> - sets the minimum item condition required for movement
