name <name> - sets the name of the component
desc <desc> - sets the description
quantity <weight> - sets total weight of cream
drug add <which> <grams per gram> <absorption> - adds or edits a drug
drug remove <which> - removes a drug
prog <which> - sets a prog to execute when the cream is applied
prog clear - removes the on-apply prog
