Lets an item be [sealed] with a seal stamp for tamper evidence

You can use the following options with this component:
name <name> - sets the name of the component
desc <desc> - sets the description of the component
media add <text> - adds an allowed seal medium keyword, tag, or material name
media remove <text> - removes an allowed seal medium
media clear - allows any seal medium
residue - toggles whether broken seals leave residue
difficulty <difficulty> - sets the seal inspection difficulty
