Can be used to restrain limbs, combined with a [wearable]

You can use the following options with this component:
name <name> - sets the name of the component
desc <desc> - sets the description of the component
minsize <size> - the minimum size of the creature this can restrain
maxsize <size> - the maximum size of the creature this can restrain
overpower <difficulty> - the difficulty to breakout of these restraints by strength
breakout <difficulty> - the difficulty to breakout of these restraints by dexterity
limb arm|leg|head|torso|wing|tail|appendage|genitals - toggles a limb type being bound by this restraint
