name <name> - sets the name of the component
desc <desc> - sets the description of the component
wattage <watts> - set the wattage
base <percentage> - the base speed multiplier
discount <percentage> - the discount per quality
durability <seconds formula> - the seconds of usage allowed (parameter quality 0-11)
