Makes an item provide [ranged cover] when in the room

You can use the following options:

name <name> - sets the name of the component
desc <desc> - sets the description of the component
default - toggles whether it is on by default
cover <type> - sets the cover type this object provides. See send href='show covers'show covers/send for a list.
