Makes an item into a [book]

You can use the following options with this component:
name <name> - sets the name of the component
desc <desc> - sets the description of the component
paper <id|name> - sets the item prototype for pages in this book
pages <number> - sets the number of pages in a fresh copy of this book
title <title|clear> - sets the default title of fresh books
content list - lists preloaded readable content
content add <page> <language> <script> [provenance] - creates immutable printed content via the editor
content copy <page> <writing id> - references an existing immutable writing
content drawing <page> <drawing id> - references an existing immutable drawing
content collection <collection> [append|page <number>] - expands a writing collection into fresh books
content edit <#> - replaces a direct writing reference with edited printed text
content remove <#> - removes a direct readable or collection reference
content clear - removes all preloaded content
