VehiclePropulsion

Use vehiclepropulsion while aboard a vehicle to see its selected and supported propulsion modes. Use vehiclepropulsion <selfpowered|rowed|sail|outboard|engine|externallypulled|riderpowered|none> while controlling a stationary vehicle to select a mode. Movement never silently falls back to another authored mode.
