Rename

The rename command changes a character's true personal name.
Use a visible target or character ID, then provide the new name in the format required by that character's naming culture.
The new name is parsed through the character's ethnicity name culture first, then their culture name culture. Invalid names for that culture are refused.
The syntax is as follows:
rename <target> <new name> - renames a visible character
rename <character id> <new name> - renames a loaded or offline character by ID
