The note command reads or writes account notes.
Use note read with a note ID from notes, or note write to create a new note and enter its body in the text editor.
Written notes are account notes, not character journal entries. The subject is the rest of the command after the account name.
The syntax is as follows:
note read <id> - reads an account note
note write <account> <subject> - opens the editor to write a new account note
