This command is used to view short and long term plans that players have set using the plan command.

There are three ways to use this command:

plans - shows the plans of all online characters who have updated it within the last 14 days
plans <name> - shows the plans of a specific online character
plans <id> - shows the plans of a specific character, including offline characters
