ZEcho

The zecho command sends a staff-authored message to every character in your current zone. It is intended for zone-wide narration or coordination rather than a normal local echo. ANSI colour substitutions are supported, but this command sends a plain message rather than parsing player-emote target markup. The syntax is: zecho <message>
