PEcho

The pecho command sends an emote privately to one or more visible characters. Separate multiple targets with commas. Each recipient sees the emote as a personal echo, while you receive confirmation of what was sent. Use normal emote markup in the message. This is a staff-facing delivery tool and does not broadcast the echo to the room. The syntax is: pecho <target> <emote text> pecho <target one>,<target two> <emote text>
