Command reference
Longscan
Command words: longscan, ls, lscan
Permission: Any
The longscan command is used to thoroughly scan your surroundings, seeing into adjacent rooms and other room layers and potentially acquiring ranged targets.
Long scan takes a longer time than other scna methods and does echo to others, and can not be used while moving. It has major bonuses however, has the best "visibility arc" with adjacent room layers and can potentially see longer distances, usually 5 rooms away.
There are several syntaxes you can use with this command:
ls - thoroughly scan all of the exits and other layers in your current location
ls <size> - show only items and people equal or larger than a particular size
ls <exit> - show only a particular exit
ls <size> <exit> - combination of the previous two options.
