The toll command is an NPC-only command used by NPCs with TollkeeperAI to begin or stop imposing a toll on an exit.

The syntax is:

toll <direction> - begin tollkeeping for an exit
toll off - stop tollkeeping
toll - stop tollkeeping if already active
