Enforcer

The NPC-only enforcer command toggles enforcement mode for an NPC with an Enforcer AI. When enabling it, name a legal authority only if the NPC is eligible to enforce more than one authority. Use the command again while it is active to leave enforcement mode. The syntax is: enforcer enforcer <legal authority>
