Command words: offer

The offer command is used to ceremonially place an item on an offering focus, such as an altar, censer basin or votive tray. The focus may run progs, fire offering events, or immediately burn the offering depending on its component settings.
The syntax is:
offer <item> at <focus>
offer <item> at <focus> (<emote>)
Use quotes around multi-word item or focus names.
