Command words: fill

The fill command allows you fill up one liquid container from another, or some other source of liquid like a river or puddle.
The syntax to use this command is as follows:
fill <vessel> <from vessel> - fills as much liquid as possible into the vessel from another
fill <vessel> <from vessel> <amount> - fills a specific amount of liquid from one vessel to another
fill <vessel> <character> <from vessel> - fills as much liquid as possible into the vessel from another held by someone else
fill <vessel> <character> <from vessel> <amount> - fills a specific amount of liquid from one vessel held by someone else to another
