Attach

The attach command is used to attach things to other things, usually either belts or weapon attachments.

The syntax is as follows:

attach <item> <target> - attaches an item to a belt or weapon
attach <prosthetic> [<target player>] - attaches a prosthetic to a player (or yourself if not specified)
