The accent command allows you to view detailed information about a particular accent that you speak. The syntax is ACCENT <which accent>, or ACCENT <language>.<which accent> if you have accents that have the same name in multiple languages.
Administrator variant:
This command allows you to create and edit accents. You can use the following options with this command:
accent show <which> - shows you an accent
accent edit new <name> <language> - creates a new accent with the specified name for a language
accent edit <which> - begins editing an accent
accent close - stops editing an accent
accent set ... - sets the properties of an accent you're editing
