Permission: Any

The petition command is used to send a message to staff. This will also send the message to a staff discord, in case nobody is on, and log it to a board that they can read in game.

The syntax for this command is as follows:

petition all <message> - petition all staff
petition guides <message> - petition all staff and guides
petition <who> <message> - send a message to a specific visible online staff member
