The notify command is used to let other people know that you are online and available for roleplay, and respond to such notifications.
You can either notify all players in a clan with notify <clan name>, or notify a specific character with notify <character name>. Anyone online will get a prompt to type notify to respond to let you know they're online.
This command exists to let players coordinate between one another, but overuse of this command is discouraged.
