Accept

The accept, decline and abort commands resolve pending proposals such as transactions, offers and other consent-based actions. With no argument, they act on the first pending proposal; ? lists pending proposals, and all affects each one. You may add a comment when choosing a specific proposal. The syntax is: accept|decline|abort [<proposal>] [<comment>] accept|decline|abort all accept|decline|abort ?
