You can use the following options with the stable command:

stable - shows information about the stable here
stable quote <mount> - shows the price to lodge a mount
stable lodge <mount> [cash|account <account>|with <payment item>] - stables a mount and gives you a ticket
stable redeem <ticket> [cash|account <account>|with <payment item>] - redeems a stabled mount
stable accounts - show accounts that you have access to at this stable
stable accountstatus <account> - shows your stable account
stable payaccount <account> <amount> [cash|with <payment item>] - pays or prepays a stable account

Stable managers and proprietors standing at their stable can use stable help to see employment, task, finance, and scheduled-rule commands.
Use stable tasks actions and stable tasks conditions for the full task action and condition catalogues when you have access.

Administrator variant:

stable account list [<filters>] - lists all accounts, optionally filtered
stable account show <id|name> - shows a particular credit account
stable account create <name> <ownership> <credit limit> - creates a new credit account for a customer
stable account limit <id|name> <limit> - sets a new credit limit for an account
stable account suspend <id|name> - toggles suspension of a credit account
stable account authorise <id|name> <person> <limit> - authorises an additional person to access a credit account
