You can use the following options with the shop command:

shop set minfloat <amount> - sets the minimum float for the shop to buy anything
shop set market <which> - sets a market to draw pricing multipliers from
shop set market none - clears the market pricing

shop economy - a modified list that shows some economic info
shop create <name> <econzone> - creates a new fixed-location store with the specified name

shop delete - deletes the shop you're currently in. Warning: Irreversible.
shop extend <direction> [stockroom|workshop] - extends the shop in the specified direction, optionally as the stockroom or workshop

shop remove - removes the current location from its shop.
shop autostock - automatically loads and stocks items up to the minimum reorder levels for all merchandise

shop rezone <zone> - changes the economic zone of a shop
