Command words: job
Permission: Any

The job command is used to interact with job listings and jobs that you hold. Most of these commands need to be done from a location that is flagged as a job market in the area's economic zone.

You should see the closely related JOBS command for a list of jobs that you manage or that are posted in your area.

The following basic syntaxes are used to interact with jobs:

job preview <job> - shows details about a posted job you're interested in
job apply <job> - applies for a job
job quit <job> - quits your job [works anywhere]
job payday - collects all monies you've earned from jobs
job bankpayday <bank>:<account> - collects all money from jobs into a bank account [works anywhere]

If you're interested in posting a job rather than applying for one, you can use the following syntaxes:

job show <your job> - shows employer information about a job
job edit [<ez>] <your job> - begins to edit a job listing
job close - stops editing a job listing
job edit - an alias for doing job show on the job you're currently editing
job new [<ez>] <name> - creates a new job with you as the employer
job newclan <clan> [<ez>] <name> - creates a new job with a clan as the employer

The following commands require you to be editing a job listing:

job withdraw <money> - withdraws money from the coffers of the job
job employees - lists all employees currently working on this job
job fire <who> - fires an employee from the job

job set prog <prog> - sets a prog that controls who can hold this job

Note: There may be additional properties that can be edited depending on the type of job.
