Rapsheet

The rapsheet command is a command that enforcers and admins can use to view the criminal history of a target they can see. The syntax for this command is as follows: rapsheet <target> - view the rapsheet of a target rapsheet <character id> - view the rapsheet of a target by id (admin only)
