Accuse

The accuse command is used by enforcers to accuse someone of a crime. Accused crimes are automatically reported and known. The syntax to use this command is: accuse <target> <crime> - accuses a target of a crime accuse <jurisdiction> <target> <crime> - accuses a target of a crime (use when jurisdiction is unclear)
