Whisper

The whisper command speaks quietly. Use whisperto to direct the whisper at a visible person or object; nearby characters may still hear it according to the normal perception rules. Whispers use your current language and accent. A parenthetical emote can be placed before the whispered message. The syntax is: whisper <message> whisper (<emote>) <message> whisperto <target> <message> whisperto <target> (<emote>) <message>
