Tell

The tell command speaks directly to a visible person or object. It still uses ordinary speech, so others nearby may hear it; it is not a private communication channel. Use the sayto alias for the same command. A parenthetical emote after the target can describe the delivery of the message. The syntax is: tell <target> <message> tell <target> (<emote>) <message> sayto <target> <message>
