Shout

The shout command sends forceful speech that carries farther than ordinary conversation. Use shoutat to direct that shout at a visible person or object. Your current language and accent are used. A parenthetical emote can be placed before the shouted message. The syntax is: shout <message> shout (<emote>) <message> shoutat <target> <message> shoutat <target> (<emote>) <message>
