This command is used to communicate in an out of character manner with players in the same room as you. Any usage of this command is considered to be you, the player, communicating with other people and not your character. This command should be reserved for helping new players and urgent clarifications of mistakes only. Overuse of this command is very poor form.
The syntax is simply OOC <your message> to send a message to everyone in the room.
