Command words: peace

The peace command is used to end combats in your current location or to place a room effect that prevents fights from starting.
There are a few different ways that you can use this command:
peace - this ends all combats that have any combatants in this location
peace permanent - places an effect that blocks all combat here
peace permanent <prog> - same as above, but with an optional prog for exceptions
peace off - removes a permanent peace effect
Note: The prog used with peace permanent takes the following parameters and returns boolean:
location room, perceiver attacker, perceiver target
