The unit command is used to units of measure, used by the engine to display quantities that have units and accept input from players in their preferred system.
You can use the following syntax with this command:
unit list - lists all of the units
unit edit <which> - begins editing a unit
unit edit new <system> <type> <multiplier> <name> <abbreviation> - creates a new unit
unit clone <old> <new name> <new abbrev> - clones a unit to a new unit
unit close - stops editing a unit
unit show <which> - views information about a unit
unit show - views information about your currently editing unit
unit set name <name> - renames this unit
unit set system <system> - changes the system that this unit belongs to
unit set type <type> - changes the type of unit that this unit is
unit set abbreviation <which> - toggles an abbreviation for this unit
unit set primary <which> - sets the primary abbreviation for a unit
unit set multiplier <#> - sets the multiplier for the unit
unit set preoffset <#> - sets the pre-multiplier offset for the unit
unit set postoffset <#> - sets the post-multiplier offset for the unit
unit set describer - toggles whether this unit is used for description
unit set space - toggles whether a space is put between the number and the unit
unit set default - makes this the default unit for a system and type
